The contract for the room is for 3 years but can be cancelled after a minimum stay of 12 months within a 2-months notice, by the end of February, AUgust or September.
The rent is EUR 410,- pr month plus an additional EUR 60,- per month for utilities (heating, electricity, internet). So in total it is EUR 470,-
The deposit is EUR 940,-
There are no pets allowed and also no smoking inside the apartment.
